Simple Magnesium is literally simple.

When moving to self care in natural ways, all the products, brands, and articles were overwhelming. I just wanted to find a product that was clean and affordable so everyone in the family could use it.

There are so many different types of magnesium and I think that it’s important that we all find the kind of self care products that work for us. I created this recipe because I wanted it to be simple. It’s spring water and magnesium chloride. I choose my magnesium that has been third party tested for purity. There is no fragrance or dyes - just water and salt. 

I could go on with the list of things that magnesium spray (it is also called magnesium oil) may do for a magnesium deficiency but we don’t have the time - you can find the information everywhere! 

It can be sprayed on muscle cramps for relief, or other sore muscles or joints! You can also use it daily on the bottoms of your feet! You have large pores there so it doesn’t itch like it may in other places. 

This is a 60/40 recipe so while it is a potent ratio it doesn’t have a burning sensation like higher percentages can! I found this was a good balance that didn’t burn or leave a residue behind. While it can feel oily for a short time it will soak in quickly!
