Return & Exchange Policy

At Roots, we take pride in offering high-quality, organic herbal products. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding of the following policy, which helps us maintain the integrity of our products:

  • No Returns on Opened Items: Due to the nature of our products being organic herbs and edible goods, we cannot accept returns on opened packages for health and safety reasons.

  • Exchanges for Unopened Tea: If you’re not happy with your tea, or if there’s an ingredient you can't have, feel free to reach out! We’d be happy to send you a replacement tea of your choice if the original package is unopened. Just return the unopened bag, and we’ll send you a new one!

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please let us within 30 days of receiving the products. We’ll be more than happy to replace it with the correct product at no additional cost to you.
