At Roots, we’re all about getting your herbal goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s a quick rundown of our shipping times:

• Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. We take extra care to pack everything just right, so please bear with us if it takes a little time to get your order ready.

• Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery generally takes up to 5 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can keep an eye on it!

• Missing Package?: If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please let us know. We’re happy to help track it down and make sure it gets to you.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 15 business days for us to restock and ship your order. We’ll keep you updated along the way, so you’ll always know what’s going on.
