ENERTEA
An earthy, bright green tea blend made for focused, steady energy.
About This Blend
Mornings can be a struggle, and Enertea is the blend I reach for when I want a little more focus and energy without just reaching for another cup of coffee.
I built this loose leaf tea around sencha green tea, then paired it with ginkgo and eleuthero, two herbs with long histories of traditional use around focus, stamina, and resilience. Ginger and orange peel brighten everything up and give the blend its lightly earthy, citrusy flavor.
It's refreshing, grounding, and really easy to make your own. Drink it hot, pour it over ice, add a little local honey, or make it ahead as an overnight infusion.
