“Settling into comfort”

Grief interacts with everyone differently. The herbs in this blend were chosen for how they interact with the body in their own unique ways!  A tea that can help soothe not only the body but the soul.  Think of it as Sleepy Tea’s little sister who is there to just hold your hand through the waves.

The organic herbs in this blend are
-> Oatstraw
-> Chamomile
-> Passion Flower
-> Lemon Balm
-> Catnip

The main herb I started this with is a gently supportive nervine, Oatstraw. Chamomile and passion flower are very complimentary flavors and in the calming way they act in this blend. Lemon balm shows up in this blend like it does Moon Tea, to be your best friend that tells you it’s all going to be okay. Finally, let’s talk about catnip.. I never considered what use it could have for humans but I was shocked. For such a gentle herb the mood enhancing that it brings cannot be missed! 

This tea is really flexible when it comes to brewing. All these herbs are forgiving with temperature and steeping time so just do what works for you!

First way of preparing is simple: load up the amount of herb you prefer (1 tsp) in an herb infuser, french press, or my favorite, a plain mason jar! Pour boiling water (generally 8oz) over and let it steep until cool enough to touch. Then strain it according to the way you prepared and enjoy!  

“Taylor’s Way” of preparing this blend is through a long infusion. Follows the same steps as above, but lets it steep for an extended period of time (sometimes all day, depending on the schedule—it’s a flexible blend). The longer the herbs infuse, the stronger and more potent the benefits become. After straining, it can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days, ready to be reheated or enjoyed over ice as a soothing "nightcap." 

Each bag has 15-20 servings in it!
