“Simple, balanced, mindful"
Two herbs - lemon balm & chamomile. Simple, balanced, mindful. Brew them, and melt into an oasis. A tea you can just sit and enjoy.
The organic herbs in this blend are:
-> Lemon Balm
-> Chamomile
I’ve always described lemon balm as that trusty best friend that is there for everything - and I’ll continue to for the foreseeable future. Since the Greeks & Romans, humanity has been using it to soothe the body AND the heart. Which is a necessary tool in the hectic world that we live in today. Now, for the chamomile. Egyptians used chamomile as offerings to their gods, so why would we not offer it to our own temples? This tea may be soothing to the heart, soul, body, AND digestive systems!
First way of preparing is simple: load up the amount of herb you prefer (1tsp) in an herb infuser, french press, or my favorite, a plain mason jar! Pour boiling water (generally 8oz) over and let it steep until cool enough to touch. Then strain it according to the way you prepared and enjoy!
An alternative way to enjoy this tea is to prep it the way above^ but let it infuse until it has cooled and strain. It can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days and be poured over ice and mixed with some extras! Add a teaspoon of “Fire Cider” and honey and enjoy it as a regular “sweet tea” for daily drinking.
Each bag has 15-20 servings in it!
