“Smooth grounded rest” 

There are “sleepy teas” everywhere you look and they all have their vibes. The vibe of this blend is smooth, grounded rest. Most “sleep aids” are sought out for struggling to fall asleep from ruminating thoughts or physical restlessness- here is your solution to both!

The organic herbs in this blend are

-> Mugwort
-> Chamomile
-> Lemon Balm
-> Rose Hips

The taste profile is a light earthy tea with the classic chamomile flavor. Mugwort has been cherished for so many reasons but this intention was the sleep support. Add in the chamomile and lemon balm duo there is no before bed fight to have. Rosehips are a powerhouse and add a light floral tone to the grounded earthy tones.

First way of preparing is simple: load up the amount of herb you prefer (1tsp) in an herb infuser, french press, or my favorite, a plain mason jar! Pour boiling water (generally 8oz) over and let it steep until cool enough to touch. Then strain it according to the way you prepared and enjoy!  

An alternative way to enjoy this tea is to prep it the way above^ but prep in the morning and let it infuse all day. Once strained it can be poured over ice and mixed with some extras! Add a teaspoon of “Fire Cider” and honey, plus some tinctures based around sleep support.   

Each bag has 15-20 servings in it!
